Here is some fuel for your thoughts. Edited 8/1/16

I have been having these thoughts lately about maybe human spirits are placed into new human bodies over and over again until we get it right. Since God is all knowing, maybe it is not over and over again. Getting it right is knowing Jesus and becoming one with Him. For those who die before hearing about Jesus, their spirit is re-born into a new human body. Sounds strange doesn't it?

We are all heading in the same direction, just not all down the same path. We are all heading to something you could say is our destination. The Bible says that God will be All in All. How can this happen unless all become one with God. True Christians are one with Christ Jesus who is One with Father God.

The Bible says that Father God is making all of Christ's enemies a footstool unto His feet. This means that He is making all things to be put in subjection to Christ.

1 Corinthians 15:27-28New American Standard Bible (NASB)

27 For He has put all things in subjection under His feet. But when He says, “All things are put in subjection,” it is evident that He is excepted who put all things in subjection to Him.28 When all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, so that God may be all in all.

I looked up the Greek word that is translated "subjection" or "subdued" as it is translated in the King James version. The Greek word is "hupotasso" {hoop-ot-as'-so} Definitions: to subordinate; reflexive to obey: - be under obedience (obedient), put under, subdue unto...

Isn't this the same thing we Christians are doing willingly, being in subjection to Christ? So the results are the same.

There are subtle hints in the Bible that could be saying spirits of humans come back into a different human body. One that I can think of is John the Baptist.

Luke 1:17Common English Bible (CEB)

17 He (John the Baptist) will go forth before the Lord, equipped with the spirit and power of Elijah....

Jesus said this to Nicodemus, a Pharisee who secretly came to Jesus one night:

John 3:3New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Jesus answered and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born [a]again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

I don't know, like I said, these are just some thoughts I've had recently. When you think about it thought, God is Spirit. We worship Him in the spirit. If God will be All in All, you would think that would mean all our spirits will be One.
One last thing,

1 Corinthians 15:20-26Common English Bible (CEB)

20 But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead. He’s the first crop of the harvest[a] of those who have died. 21 Since death came through a human being, the resurrection of the dead came through one too. 22 In the same way that everyone dies in Adam, so also everyone will be given life in Christ. 23 Each event will happen in the right order: Christ, the first crop of the harvest,[b] then those who belong to Christ at his coming, 24 and then the end, when Christ hands over the kingdom to God the Father, when he brings every form of rule, every authority and power to an end. 25 It is necessary for him to rule until he puts all enemies under his feet.[c] 26 Death is the last enemy to be brought to an end,

Recently, my wife and I went over to our daughter and son-in-law's to keep the grandchildren for a while. Our daughter attended a home schooling conference. When she returned, she brought back a stack of books, a series of "Christian Heroes: Then & Now". I picked up one of them that kind of got my attention. It was about "Dietrich Bonhoeffer". I did not know anything about him but just started reading it. My daughter said I could take it home to read so I did and I just finished reading it.

From the book "Dietrich Bonhoeffer In the Midst of Wickedness" by Janet & Geoff Benge
Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1906 - 1945) was a German Christian pastor who lived in Germany during World War I and WWII and the reign of Hitler. He was condemed of treason, striped naked, and hung on a gallows just two weeks before World War II ended. His body was burned along with his few possessions.

The book is quite detailed in the sequence of events that caused Hitler and the Nazis party to become so powerful. What is so strange about me picking up this particular book is that I've been thinking about and concerned about our upcoming election. What else is very strange is that Dietrich's birthday is the same as mine, February 4th and these thoughts I have about Hitler and this election is so strong.

Germany was beaten down badly after WWI and the Germans were looking for a strong leader. So, when Hitler came along, they thought they had gotten the one who would bring them back to prosperity.

It was in Germany's presidential election of 1932 when Adolf Hitler entered the presidential race with the Nazis party. The president at the time, Paul von Hindenburg, was eighty-four years old, in poor health, and wanted to step down but when Hitler and the Nazis party entered, he was persuaded to put himself up for reelection. Hindenburg won with 53 percent of the votes; Hitler received 36 percent. This was March 13, 1932

Later, on July 31, 1932, they had the parliamentary elections where the Nazis party won just 38 percent of the votes and 230 seats, not enough to rule Germany outright. "There were intense negotiations to get the other parties to enter into a coalition with the Nazis party" but they did not give in so there was a second parliamentary election on November 6. "Dietrich felt that there was something sinister going on" and he was deeply concerned. The results came in later that day and there still was no party winner to form a government. The Nazis party even dropped back a few percentage points with 196 seats. The Social Democratic Party won the next highest percentage and 121 seats.

"During the weeks that followed, Hitler and the Nazis party wore down President Hindenberg" into forming a coalition government with Hitler appointed as chancellor. "Most Germans were not worried about this, they were just glad they now had a strong and vital leader."

On February 27, 1933, the German parliament building burned to the ground. Instead of letting the legal system investigate the cause of the fire, Hitler and the Nazis party blamed the fire on Communists because they found a Dutch communist in the burned out building. On February 28, "Hitler claimed that a secret investigation had uncovered a plot by the communists to pillage and burn Berlin to the ground, murder anticommunists, and create civil war in Germany." Hitler said that the burning of the parliament building was the beginning of their plot. "Hitler proposed a perfectly simple solution; he and the Nazis Party would take care of everything and keep everyone safe. All the Germans had to do was give them the power" to do so. "This seemed like a great idea to many Germans. They would be safe and secure, led by a strong man with a loyal party to back him up. Peace and prosperity would surely come now." President Hindenburg quickly signed the Reichstag Fire Decree into law which, in reality, suspended most of Germans' civil liberties. "Their phone calls could be tapped, their letters read, their houses searched, and their children questioned, and they had no right to protest."

Things happened so very fast once Hitler and the Nazis party came to power. On April 7, 1933, Hitler instigated a policy known as Gleichschaltung (synchronization) or segregation, also known as the Aryan Paragraph. This was were everything started happening to the Jews. " (pg 104) A week before the Aryan Paragraph was to go into effect, Hitler called for a boycott of Jewish stores and businesses across Germany. At a rally in Berlin that day, Joseph Goebbels, Nazi Minister of Enlightenment and Propaganda, rallied against the Jews and all they had done to undermine Germany. He talked of "Jewish Atrocity propaganda" and how the Jews controlled all foreign newspapers and were printing lies that hurt the image of their loving fuhrer, Adolf Hitler. These must be stopped, he said. It was time for Germans to rise up against Jews and show them they must stop printing such falsehoods. Of course, most Jews had nothing to do with printing newspapers, but that didn't seem to matter to those listening to Goebbels' speech."

Jews were dehumanized and shoved out of everything. They couldn't hold government jobs any longer, they couldn't even worship in German churches any longer even though they were converted Christian Jews; the pastors were expected to not let them in anyway. Many pastors disobeyed this at first but a lot of them were worn down over time and eventually succumbed to the demands. So so much happened to the Jews, too much to say here. We all know about the holocaust. Not all Germans were happy with what was going on with the Jews and with their country. Some Germans at the risk of their lives tried to hide Jews and smuggle them out of the country. There were also Germans trying to end Hitler's life.

On August 2, 1934 President Hindenburg died. "Hitler was determined that there would be no new president. He declared that the title of president would remain vacant out of respect for Hindenburg and that he, Adolf Hitler, would assume all the responsibilities that previously belonged to the president."

World War II was from 1939 to 1945. Germany was a very powerful nation, gaining more and more territory. Hitler's plan was to rule the world. Did you know that Germany was working on developing an atomic nuclear weapon? They were very close to doing so. Can you imagine what would have happened if the war had not ended when it did?

We, the United States, and several other countries now have nuclear weapons. I pray that no one like Hitler ever gets to be in power over any one of these countries.
