Everything In the Universe Is Vibrating -- Edited

Think about it, everything is vibrating. You and I are vibrating, outputting frequencies. Even our thoughts, our emotions, our feelings vibrate. We can’t hear every frequency but they’re still there. Somehow, we can pick up the frequencies of others, kind of like we have internal receivers.

Have you ever been with a group of people, all the conversations are going great, and someone enters the room, or joins in with the group, and everything kind of sours.

God created the universe and everything in it. Everything is vibrating. It seems to me that God would have set everything in harmony with each other. Think about music. When everything with the music is in harmony, it sounds great, but when there is dissonance, it doesn't sound so good. I think that when we humans are not vibrating in harmony with the universe and with each other, then trouble comes.

So, how can we reset ourselves to be in harmony, be at peace with each other? Music is one way.

I have been studying Solfeggio frequencies, the 528Hz in particular. 528Hz is known as the Love Frequency, the Miracle Tone, and the frequency of Transformation. There has been much research with 528Hz, and it has shown to have many benefits. When instruments tune A4 to 444Hz, then the note C5 is 528Hz. This tuning is the only one that will get a note that is 528hz.

I have a homemade dulcimer that I made from a pie box. I have taught myself to play and have only recently found out about tuning standards. I have an app on my phone, Universal Tuner, that I've been using to tune it with. I am playing around with tuning my dulcimer to different tuning standards just to see if I can tell any difference. I feel like tuning to 444 Hz gives a richer sound.

I think I am noticing something interesting as I use the Universal Tuner app to tune my dulcimer to different standards. Tuning to 444 Hz seems to take less effort tuning each string to the correct frequency, less loosening and tightening the string. After tuning a string, I will fret the string up the scale. I think I am noticing that tuning to 444 Hz makes each note more in tune to the correct frequency that it is supposed to be. When I tune to other standards, each fretted key is on the sharp side of what it was supposed to be. If what I think I am seeing, tuning to 444 Hz, is correct, it would suggest to me that this frequency tuning is more in line, more in harmony with the universe, per say.

I am going to give you some things to think about.

Love is at the center of who God is. There is a little bit of God in each one of us. Love is said to vibrate at 528 Hz. When something that is vibrating is placed near something else, and if that something else is able to vibrate at that frequency, then it will start vibrating at that frequency, and the amplitudes combine to a higher amplitude. If we listen to music that has the 528 Hz frequency, tuning A4 to 444 Hz, it should help increase our 528 Hz, Love. It's just a thought.

When there are multiple frequencies, one frequency can drown out, so to speak, the other frequency. Think about all the frequencies we humans are subjected to, cell phone towers, cell phones, microwaves, all kinds of frequencies just to open and lock doors, control lights and other things, and on, and on, and on. When you think about it, it is no wonder why we have such a hard time to love God, love others.

Do you know what love is? Can you put love into words? Do you know how to love, how to get yourself in that place, that state, of love, to love?

These are just some of my thoughts.

Our elections are over.

😕😲😧

It is hard to put into words my feelings and thoughts right now; about the future of America and the world. I did not vote for Trump. I do not hate him but I don't know that I could say that I love him either. I will definitely pray for him, for me, and for our nation.

That word,"hate", I have heard it so many times lately. I have heard it come from the mouths of Christians. The very word Christian means you believe in Christ Jesus and profess His teachings which is love not hate; love God, love neighbor, and even love our enemy (I would like to tell you, hopefully in the next post, about a book I last read which tells how enemies during WWII became friends through the gospel of Christ).

I had a feeling that Trump would be nominated as our next president. I even made a comment on Facebook to a friend a while back that I thought that he probably would be elected. But, when all was done and he was elected, I was stunned, shocked. How did this happen? I do believe this is the work of Satan but the will of our Father God.

It seems to me that many Christians have become like the scribes and Pharisees during Jesus' time, believing they are righteous.

Romans 3:20-23New International Version (NIV)

20 Therefore no one will be declared righteous in God’s sight by the works of the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of our sin.

Righteousness Through Faith

21 But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousnessis given through faith in[a] Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Matthew 15:8Common English Bible (CEB)

This people honors me with their lips, but their hearts are far away from me.

I wonder how America will be made great again, as Trump says he will do. Will it be like Germany during the reign of Hitler and the Nazis? Germany became a very powerful nation but it was done by deceit, bullying, threatening, and eliminating the dissenters and the unwanted.

I just watched 60 Minutes on TV, an interview with president elect Trump and his family. I have to say that after watching it, I am still uneasy about our future.

A large number of Christians believe that Trump is anointed by God to be like Cyrus in the Bible because of prophecy through someone believed to be a prophet of today, someone who is respected. I just don't know. I feel otherwise. If they are right, great. Even if my thoughts are correct and we are headed to be great like Germany, Christ Jesus' way of love and prayer will win out over evil and it will calm our fears.

If you haven't already done this, opening your heart to Yeshua Jesus, letting Him in, and receiving the Holy Spirit (the Living Water), I invite you to do so. All who do this become part of Christ. He is our head and we are members of His body. He will direct our actions. Love will rule over hate. Think about the fruits of the spirit.

Galatians 5:22-23King James Version (KJV)

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Matthew 5:43-48Common English Bible (CEB)

Law of love

43 “You have heard that it was said, You must love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy. 44 But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who harass you 45 so that you will be acting as children of your Father who is in heaven. He makes the sun rise on both the evil and the good and sends rain on both the righteous and the unrighteous.46 If you love only those who love you, what reward do you have? Don’t even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet only your brothers and sisters, what more are you doing? Don’t even the Gentiles do the same? 48 Therefore, just as your heavenly Father is complete in showing love to everyone, so also you must be complete.

Let us pray for each other. I believe we are headed into difficult times, more so than what we already have.

More about the kingdom of God.

Yeshua Jesus is always telling us, teaching about the kingdom of God, that realm that is invisible to our human eyes. When Jesus was with us in a form we could see, it was to verify what was spoken by the prophets, to give us a seen glimpse into that unseen realm, God's kingdom.

Today, Jesus teaches us in the Spirit, the unseen again; as long as you have asked Him in. Jesus' teaching us about God's kingdom is what eternal life is (John 17:3).

This taking Jesus into you may be difficult to understand. Jesus tells us in various ways that this is the only way to be taught, to understand about that which we don't see. One way to to get a picture is when Jesus said, " take and eat, this is my body " when He broke bread and gave it to His disciples (Matthew 26:26). He wasn't saying literally to eat His body nor was He saying that the bread becomes His body. It was a picture of eating food, Why do we eat food? From SciWhys"Just as a power station requires gas or coal to power its turbines and generate energy, so we need fuel – in the form of food".

The Holy Spirit is water. Not literally water, again it's to help us understand what the Spirit does. We need both food and water. The water (blood) gets rid of the bad stuff and it breaks down the food and carries it throughout the body to make the body healthy and strong.

Now let me talk some about that bad stuff in our bodies. Also of the unseen realm are unclean spirits, demons, devils. In another post, I said that I don't know how someone becomes demon possessed but I thought of one scripture that gives us a picture of how that happens.

Matthew 12:43-45Common English Bible (CEB)

Unclean spirit seeking a home

43 “When an unclean spirit leaves a person, it wanders through dry places looking for a place to rest. But it doesn’t find any. 44  Then it says, ‘I’ll go back to the house I left.’ When it arrives, it finds the place vacant, cleaned up, and decorated. 45  Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself. They go in and make their home there. That person is worse off at the end than at the beginning. This is the way it will be also for this evil generation.”

In this scripture, we see an unclean spirit leaving a person. I don't think that it is leaving willing, it was cast out. It goes looking for a new place to rest; it actively seeks out someone else to take up residence in. If it finds no other person, it goes back to the person it came from. If that person has not filled that cleaned out space with Jesus and the Holy Spirit, then the unclean spirit goes and brings back other evil spirits so, that person ends up worse than the way he was when the first demon was cast out.

Satan is worse than demons. Satan can affect our thoughts, if we don't have Jesus inside. Jesus was about to go through great suffering and He told His disciples what was about to happen.

Matthew 16:21-23Common English Bible (CEB)

First prediction of Jesus’ death and resurrection

21 From that time Jesus began to show his disciples that he had to go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders, chief priests, and legal experts, and that he had to be killed and raised on the third day. 22 Then Peter took hold of Jesus and, scolding him, began to correct him: “God forbid, Lord! This won’t happen to you.” 23 But he turned to Peter and said, “Get behind me, Satan. You are a stone that could make me stumble, for you are not thinking God’s thoughts but human thoughts.”

Jesus' words were directed toward Peter, the one seen, but His words were for Satan, the one unseen.

Satan is powerful, but not as powerful as God and Jesus. I have personally experienced Satan's power. He has anticipated things I am about to do or say and will try to stop me. He has brought down my internet, killed all my email accounts, disabled Facebook, made whole writings disappear or made the cursor jump around to different areas of the writings I was working on so that when I looked up from keyboard to screen, I was typing in a totally different place. Satan and demons are working to keep us from believing in the One True Living God and in Jesus, our Savior, our Teacher, our Counsellor, our Messiah, our King, the Prince of Peace.

Living Water – Water of Life – Life Giving Water

I am still building my picture in my head about the Holy Spirit.

I've said this before that if I can not picture something in my mind, I can not understand it. I have various study methods to help me and here is one that works well for me. I will go onto "Bible Gateway" and search all the scriptures that have the words I am looking for. What I have found is that the particular version of the Bible I use to search in may not contain those words I search for so I try searching in another version.

So, looking for anything with "living water", "water of life", or "life giving water".

Living Water – Water of Life – Life Giving Water

Jeremiah 2:13 Common English Bible (CEB)

13 My people have committed two crimes:
They have forsaken me, the spring of living water.
And they have dug wells, broken wells that can’t hold water.

Jeremiah 17:13 Common English Bible (CEB)

13 Lord, the hope of Israel,
all who forsake you will suffer disgrace;
those who turn away from you[
a] in the land
will be written off,[
b]
for they have abandoned the Lord,
the fountain of
living water.

John 4:7-26 Common English Bible (CEB)

7 A Samaritan woman came to the well to draw water. Jesus said to her,“Give me some water to drink.” 8 His disciples had gone into the city to buy him some food.
9 The Samaritan woman asked, “Why do you, a Jewish man, ask for something to drink from me, a Samaritan woman?” (Jews and Samaritans didn’t associate with each other.)
10 Jesus responded, “If you recognized God’s gift and who is saying to you, ‘Give me some water to drink,’ you would be asking him and he would give you living water.”
11 The woman said to him, “Sir, you don’t have a bucket and the well is deep. Where would you get this living water? 12 You aren’t greater than our father Jacob, are you? He gave this well to us, and he drank from it himself, as did his sons and his livestock.”
13 Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again,14 but whoever drinks from the water that I will give will never be thirsty again. The water that I give will become in those who drink it a spring of water that bubbles up into eternal life.
15 The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water, so that I will never be thirsty and will never need to come here to draw water!”
16 Jesus said to her, “Go, get your husband, and come back here.”
17 The woman replied, “I don’t have a husband.”
You are right to say, ‘I don’t have a husband,’” Jesus answered.18 “You’ve had five husbands, and the man you are with now isn’t your husband. You’ve spoken the truth.”
19 The woman said, “Sir, I see that you are a prophet. 20 Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you and your people say that it is necessary to worship in Jerusalem.”
21 Jesus said to her, “Believe me, woman, the time is coming when you and your people will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. 22 You and your people worship what you don’t know; we worship what we know because salvation is from the Jews. 23 But the time is coming—and is here!—when true worshipers will worship in spirit and truth. The Father looks for those who worship him this way.24 God is spirit, and it is necessary to worship God in spirit and truth.”
25 The woman said, “I know that the Messiah is coming, the one who is called the Christ. When he comes, he will teach everything to us.”
26 Jesus said to her, “I Am—the one who speaks with you.”[a]

John 7:31-39 Common English Bible (CEB)

31 Many from that crowd believed in Jesus. They said, “When the Christ comes, will he do more miraculous signs than this man does?” 32 The Pharisees heard the crowd whispering such things about Jesus, and the chief priests and Pharisees sent guards to arrest him.
33 Therefore, Jesus said, “I’m still with you for a little while before I go to the one who sent me. 34 You will look for me, but you won’t find me, and where I am you can’t come.”
35 The Jewish opposition asked each other, “Where does he intend to go that we can’t find him? Surely he doesn’t intend to go where our people have been scattered and are living among the Greeks! He isn’t going to teach the Greeks, is he? 36 What does he mean when he says, ‘You will look for me, but you won’t find me, and where I am you can’t come’?”
37 On the last and most important day of the festival, Jesus stood up and shouted,
All who are thirsty should come to me!38 All who believe in me should drink!
As the scriptures said concerning me,[
a]
Rivers of living water will flow out from within him.”
39 Jesus said this concerning the Spirit. Those who believed in him would soon receive the Spirit, but they hadn’t experienced the Spirit yet since Jesus hadn’t yet been glorified.

Water of Life

Revelation 7:17 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

17 for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the [a]water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes.”

Revelation 21:6 Common English Bible (CEB)

6 Then he said to me, “All is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will freely give water from the life-giving spring.

Revelation 22:1 Common English Bible (CEB)

22 Then the angel showed me the river of life-giving water,[a] shining like crystal, flowing from the throne of God and the Lamb

Revelation 22:17 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

17 The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What did I glean from this study?

  • This water comes from the Lord, Father God and the Lamb (Yeshua Jesus).
  • This water is the Holy Spirit.
  • Belief in the Lord Jesus is paramount.
  • You have to know that you are in need of this water (you are thirsty).
  • It is given to the chosen but for others, they ask for it.
  • It is freely given at no cost, no one will be denied it.

The Hidden Truth - Our Real Battle

I recently did a post based on Ephesians 6:10-20 how our fight should be against Satan and the demons and not against each other. Since then I've had a lot of questions and have begun studying about this.

We don't hear many sermons on this subject and yet it is possibly the most important thing to understand. Just from what the Lord has given me so far is enough to see why we don't hear more about it. It is because Satan does not want us to know this. He will be defeated if we humans all knew this and got the help God is willing to freely give to us.

There is a difference between the way Satan (who wants to be like God Most High) does things and the way Father God does it. Satan wants to take control of us humans whether we want him to or not. Father God (The All Powerful, The All Knowing, The Everywhere Present, The Creator of all things visible and invisible, God) on the other hand, lets us decide. He lets us decide if we want His help or not; we can invite Yeshua Jesus in and then ask Jesus for The Living Water (The Holy Spirit). The thing about all this that we humans don't comprehend is that the spirit realm, that which we don't see, is so so very important to us. If we don't have Jesus and the Holy Spirit in us, we have no way to fight against Satan and the demons; no way to keep them from entering into us.

Some other posts to read are "Satan and his work", "Demons", and "I want to ask you some questions"

Ephesians 6:10-20Common English Bible (CEB)

Put on the armor of God

10 Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and his powerful strength. 11 Put on God’s armor so that you can make a stand against the tricks of the devil. 12 We aren’t fighting against human enemies but against rulers, authorities, forces of cosmic darkness, and spiritual powers of evil in the heavens. 13 Therefore, pick up the full armor of God so that you can stand your ground on the evil day and after you have done everything possible to still stand. 14 So stand with the belt of truth around your waist, justice as your breastplate, 15 and put shoes on your feet so that you are ready to spread the good news of peace. 16 Above all, carry the shield of faith so that you can extinguish the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is God’s word.
18 Offer prayers and petitions in the Spirit all the time. Stay alert by hanging in there and praying for all believers. 19 As for me, pray that when I open my mouth, I’ll get a message that confidently makes this secret plan[a] of the gospel known. 20 I’m an ambassador in chains for the sake of the gospel. Pray so that the Lord will give me the confidence to say what I have to say.

Demons

Demons, also called evil or unclean spirits do exist. They can occupy and take control of us humans if we don't have Jesus and the Living Water (Holy Spirit) in us. When Jesus was here on earth, He cast out evil spirits many times.

There is a test to see if someone has an evil spirit within them. They can not say out loud these three words, "Jesus is Lord".

I want to pray right now. If anyone who is reading this right now tries to say these words and can not, I pray in the name of Jesus that the evil spirit or spirits will be cast out and that it will be made very clear that the only way to keep these spirits from returning is by letting Jesus come in and to ask for the Living Water (the Holy Spirit, our Helper).

To the bond-servants of the Lord, this is our battle. The more humans who receive Christ and the Holy Spirit, the less places these evil spirits have a home to occupy. I don't know what happens to these spirits if there is no longer any of us humans left to take up residence in but there is something in the Bible that may shed a little light on this.

Mark 5:1-15Common English Bible (CEB)

Jesus frees a demon-possessed man

Jesus and his disciples came to the other side of the lake, to the region of the Gerasenes. As soon as Jesus got out of the boat, a man possessed by an evil spirit came out of the tombs. This man lived among the tombs, and no one was ever strong enough to restrain him, even with a chain. He had been secured many times with leg irons and chains, but he broke the chains and smashed the leg irons. No one was tough enough to control him. Night and day in the tombs and the hills, he would howl and cut himself with stones. When he saw Jesus from far away, he ran and knelt before him, shouting, “What have you to do with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? Swear to God that you won’t torture me!”
He said this because Jesus had already commanded him, “Unclean spirit, come out of the man!”
Jesus asked him, “What is your name?”
He responded, “Legion is my name, because we are many.”
10 They pleaded with Jesus not to send them out of that region.
11 A large herd of pigs was feeding on the hillside. 12 “Send us into the pigs!” they begged. “Let us go into the pigs!” 13 Jesus gave them permission, so the unclean spirits left the man and went into the pigs. Then the herd of about two thousand pigs rushed down the cliff into the lake and drowned.
14 Those who tended the pigs ran away and told the story in the city and in the countryside. People came to see what had happened. 15 They came to Jesus and saw the man who used to be demon-possessed. They saw the very man who had been filled with many demons sitting there fully dressed and completely sane, and they were filled with awe.

Our battle

I was out mowing my grass this evening and I was thinking of some of the things I recently posted to the blog. You've probably experienced this before too but for me, it was like a light being turned on and all of a sudden I came to a clearer understanding about something.

Let me start off by asking you a question. With all this evil stuff going on in the world today, do you view or look at those individuals who do these evil acts as being evil people? I think that I have done this but I believe we are looking at this all wrong. It is not the person himself who is evil, it is the evil working within him that takes control to get them to do these evil acts.

In my previous blog post, "The Book of the Wars of The Lord", I was looking for a specific scripture verse that at the time I could not find. Then I got a comment from Derek Shaver, the author of the book called "The Book of the Wars of The Lord", telling me were that scripture I was looking for was found. This in itself is so bizarre because in the 5+ years I've been writing to this blog, Derek is the only person who has ever written a comment. Anyway, let me go on.

That verse I was trying to find was:

Ephesians 6:12Common English Bible (CEB)

12 We aren’t fighting against human enemies but against rulers, authorities, forces of cosmic darkness, and spiritual powers of evil in the heavens.

I saw this, I read this, but it did not really sink in until this evening. This evil that we should be fighting against is the same evil that can be at work in any one of us. If we don't know Yeshua Jesus, if we don't have Jesus within us, if we haven't asked to receive the Living Water (The Holy Spirit), then we have no way to fight against the evil one, Satan, and those who he rules over.
This is the reason why we should be praying for all people, even our enemies, and witnessing when the opportunity arises, so that we all can see the light, receive Jesus, and ask for Living Water; receiving the tools we need to fight against the evil forces. I believe this too is the reason why the Lord wishes for us to forgive others,(added 7/25/16 -->) like what He did as He hung on the cross.

Luke 23:34Common English Bible (CEB)

34 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they’re doing.”

7/26/16 - I just thought about something else that would coincide with this. Jesus was constantly casting out demons even for things you would think you would go to a doctor for.

I want to ask you some questions.

I will be asking YOU these questions because I am not guilty of doing these things. I am kidding. I am as guilty of these things as we all are, It is just that I may be a step ahead of you in the only way for us not to do them and to become obedient children of God.

Do you see the faults in other people, the things that they do wrong? This is called judging others. You don't even have to say anything out loud to be at fault of this. God knows our thoughts. The Lord says,

Matthew 7:1-2Common English Bible (CEB)

Judging

“Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged. You’ll receive the same judgment you give. Whatever you deal out will be dealt out to you.

Do you harbor animosity or hate towards someone because of what they did? The Lord says,

Matthew 6:15Common English Bible (CEB)

15 But if you don’t forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your sins.
Do you disobey (known as sin) God's laws, His commandments? It really does not matter which, The Ten Commandments, The Mosaic Law, or Jesus' New Commandments. They are all really one in the same, just said differently. The Lord says,

Romans 6:23King James Version (KJV)

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Did you know that even if you have accepted Jesus' payment or atonement for your sins but you keep on sinning, His atonement may go away? In other words, your sins are no longer forgiven. This depends on I guess you might say, the driving force of you continuing to sin. You may or may not know why but God for sure knows.

Hebrews 10:26-27Common English Bible (CEB)

Judgment for intentional sin

26 If we make the decision to sin after we receive the knowledge of the truth, there isn’t a sacrifice for sins left any longer. 27 There’s only a scary expectation of judgment and of a burning fire that’s going to devour God’s opponents.
Jesus was asked,

Matthew 22:36-40King James Version (KJV)

36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Jesus made those two commandments His to us.
Now, here is the good part, the ONLY way we CAN obey them.

John 14:16-31New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Role of the Spirit (The Living Water)

16 I will ask the Father, and He will give you another [a]Helper, that He may be with you forever; 17 that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you. (For us now, we receive The Living Water when we ask Jesus for it.)
18 “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 [b]After a little while the world will no longer see Me, but you will see Me; because I live, you will live also. 20 In that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. 21 He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him.” (Again, you can not keep His commandments unless you have The Living Water in you.) 22 Judas (not Iscariot) *said to Him, “Lord, what then has happened that You are going to disclose Yourself to us and not to the world?” 23 Jesus answered and said to him, If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him. 24 He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.
25 “These things I have spoken to you while abiding with you. 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. 28 You heard that I said to you, ‘I go away, and I will come to you.’ If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced because I go to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. 29 Now I have told you before it happens, so that when it happens, you may believe. 30 I will not speak much more with you, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has nothing in Me; 31 but so that the world may know that I love the Father,[c]I do exactly as the Father commanded Me. Get up, let us go from here.

Our obedience depends on receiving The Living Water (The Holy Spirit). Jesus freely gives us the Living Water. We just have to ask Him for it. Jesus has done it all for us.

If you can grasp what water does in our bodies (see blog post "Living Water"), the Holy Spirit is doing the same kind of thing but He works on the spiritual side of our bodies..
From "For Dummies" website:
"You need water to

  • Digest food, dissolving nutrients so that they can pass through the intestinal cell walls into your bloodstream, and move food along through your intestinal tract." (Living Water - Gets all the good things that we need from Jesus)
  • "Carry waste products out of your body." (Living Water - Removes the bad stuff - sin)
  • "Provide a medium in which biochemical reactions such as metabolism (digesting food, producing energy, and building tissue) occur." (Living Water - Helps us to receive the things we need from the Lord)
  • "Send electrical messages between cells so that your muscles can move, your eyes can see, your brain can think, and so on."  (Living Water - Helps us to obey)
  • "Regulate body temperature — cooling your body with moisture (perspiration) that evaporates on your skin." (Living Water - Gives us peace)
  • "Lubricate your moving parts" (Living Water - Keeps us in good working order)

You can't see Jesus but if you are reading this right now, He is right there with you. He is standing at the door of your heart. If you open your heart to Him, He will come in and be with you. No matter how bad you think you are He will not reject you. That is just the way the One True Living God is. He abounds in loving-kindness.He doesn't like to punish us, He prefers for us to repent and let Him help us. Another way of looking at repentance is seeing with your heart that you are thirsty and need water, Living Water.

Revelation 3:20King James Version (KJV)

20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Ezekiel 18:32New American Standard Bible (NASB)

32 For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone who dies,” declares the Lord God. “Therefore, repent and live.”

Ezekiel 33:11New American Standard Bible (NASB)

11 Say to them, ‘As I live!’ declares the Lord [a]God, ‘I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! Why then will you die,...?’
