To all the bond-servants of the Lord.
The battle we face today is not new — it is the same spiritual war Scripture has warned us about from the beginning. But we do not face it alone. The Lord, the One True God, the Lord of lords and King of kings, is all‑powerful. His strength is our strength, and His victory is our hope. As long as we “Keep The Faith,” we stand in the power of the One who cannot be defeated.
The War Has Begun
Remember: The Lord — Lord of lords, King of kings, the One True God — is All‑Powerful. There is no one greater, no one stronger, no one who can stand against Him. Persist to the end. Keep The Faith. How fitting that the name of this blog was given by Him. Everything about this work belongs to the Lord. The days ahead may be difficult, but He will give us strength.
6/30/2016 — A Clarification
God will accomplish His work. Our part in this fight is not the use of weapons. Jesus rebuked Peter for drawing his sword on the night He was betrayed. Force is not the way of Christ. When God is on our side, we do not need earthly weapons.
Our fight is to keep believing in the One True God and in the One He sent — the Lord Jesus Christ. Our fight is to speak boldly when we see anything that contradicts God’s truth. Our fight is to stand as a voice for the weak. Our fight is to do good works, showing the world the power, compassion, and righteousness of the Lord.
7/1/2016 — A Shift in the Battle
I’m not certain, but I believe Satan may have changed his tactics with me. Yet our part remains the same: Faith and Obedience. The Lord will take care of the rest.
Jesus told us not to worry beforehand about what we will say when we are brought before rulers — the Holy Spirit will give us the words at that time. If our faith grows, the Lord can do anything for us: deliver us from fiery furnaces, shut the mouths of lions, and strengthen us in every trial. Each act of His deliverance grows our faith even more.
Revelation 18 — Babylon’s Fall
“Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a home for demons…” (Revelation 18:2 CEB)
Revelation 18 reminds us that the systems of evil — the kingdom of Satan — will fall suddenly and completely. God calls His people to come out of Babylon, to separate from the corruption of the world, and to stand in His truth.
The merchants, kings, and nations mourn Babylon’s fall because they trusted in her wealth, her power, and her deception. But heaven rejoices, because God’s justice is perfect and His judgment is righteous.
- Evil will not stand.
- God sees every injustice.
- God will judge with power.
- God will deliver His people.
Closing Reflection
We are living in days when the spiritual battle is becoming more visible. But the Lord has not changed. His power has not weakened. His truth has not faded. And His call remains the same:
Stand firm. Keep the faith. Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.
He will finish what He has begun.
Closing Prayer
Father God,
Strengthen us for the days ahead.
Guard our hearts, steady our minds, and fill us with Your Holy Spirit.
Teach us to walk in faith, to speak truth boldly, and to love with Your love.
Deliver us from the schemes of the enemy, and keep us close to You.
May Your kingdom come, Your will be done, and Your glory be revealed.
In the name of Yeshua Jesus, our Lord and Savior — Amen.
